permit test, nutrition...

I'm bettering myself physically, mentally, and emotionally!
They say that you're supposed to love yourself, and slowly but surely I'm getting there :D
I'm accomplishing things I never expected I could.
I've got potential!

Kevin made an excellent point when we were talking during history class earlier this week.
He was talking about his realization... No matter what, you can wake up and decide to have a good day, and you will.

I'm gonna try to do that more often...
and follow his ideas about refined sugar, msg, and water consumption.
That boy is a freaking genius, I swear.

So I have aerobics tomorrow... Gonna work out all these sore muscles.
Losing weight, gaining muscle!
I've never been in such a happy state of mind...
It can only get better.

  1. for anyone in the same position, try taking a practice permit test over and over before the real thing...thats by far the easiest way to study.
